(BGO) – The Bac Giang provincial People's Committee has issued a document directing the implementation of a number of measures to accelerate the progress of urban and residential area projects in the province.
The document stated that over the past time, many new urban area, residential area and housing projects have been deployed massively in localities, contributing to changing the urban appearance, meeting the demand for residential land, and raising people's quality of life. However, the implementation progress of some projects remains slow.

In order to speed up the investment and construction of residential and urban area projects, contributing to meeting the demand for residential land and making the real estate develop stably, healthy, and sustainably, the provincial People's Committee has requested the People's Committees of districts and city, investors of housing, new urban area and residential area projects, and relevant agencies to seriously follow Directive No. 04 dated March 23, 2021 of the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee on strengthening management of land and construction order in areas planned for development projects in the province, Document No. 768 dated March 3, 3021 of the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee on solving difficulties and obstacles to speed up the implementation of urban and residential area projects using non-budget capital sources.
Accordingly, the Department of Construction will work with relevant departments, agencies, the People's Committees of districts and city, and investors of urban and residential area projects, requesting them to actively perform the works to speed up the progress of the projects, and seriously implement legal regulations regarding real estate business activities in the province.
The People's Committees of districts and city will review and direct the publication of information on construction planning and projects in accordance with law so that organizations and individuals can easily access information; strengthen the direction of communications on, management of and strict compliance with the approved construction planning.
Investors of housing, new urban area and residential area projects should speed up the progress of approved projects and signed contracts; actively coordinate with localities to completely remove difficulties and obstacles.
