Chairman of provincial People's Committee urges prompt land handover, speeding up progress of key transport projects

(BGO)- Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province Le Anh Duong and a working delegation on October 5 inspected the progress of some key transport projects.

After the site visit and discussion with related districts and units, the provincial Chairman Le Anh Duong urged Ten Yen district to surmount all obstacles related to land clearance for the project improving and repairing the national highway No 17, section Km72+500 to Km88 in October 2021 with a concentration on the section passing Lien Son commune. The district should establish the specialized working group to urgently hand over the ground for completing and finishing the project.

The provincial Chairman Le Anh Duong inspects the progress of improving and upgrading the provincial road 292, the section from Bo Ha bridge to Phon Xuong township.

For the project improving and upgrading the route from Nha Nam township to Phon Xuong township, Tan Yen and Yen The districts were urged to review obstacles related to land clearance and foster propaganda for people’s consensus. Legal rights and benefits of the people must be ensured during addressing the obstacles. This route is expected to be asphalted before Lunar New Year 2022.

Regarding the project improving and upgrading the provincial road 292, the section from Bo Ha bridge to Phon Xuong township, the provincial Chairman required Yen The district to speed up compensation for land clearance and hand over to the construction unit in November 2021.

The provincial road 292 passing Bo Ha town (Yen The district) is revamped and upgraded.

It is necessary to seek proper plan for moving the construction works of lighting, electricity and telecommunication, which can be gathered into some areas for cost saving and urban aesthetic.

The construction units and contractors should reinforce human resources and facilities to speed up the progress. The construction must be in a quick manner but ensure quality and technical requirements.
