Bac Giang establishes Center for supporting real estate investment and business

(BGO) - The Real Estate Association of Bac Giang province launched the Center for supporting real estate investment and business on January 14.

According to the decision on establishment, this Center belongs to the Real Estate Association of Bac Giang province which have duties to set up real estate database, general figures and information of real estate market, make periodical report, carry out evaluation and give advices to the provincial Real Estate Association.

Besides, it provides consultancy to individuals and organizations such as providing general figures and market data, providing consultancy in establishment of business and trading floors, digital transformation in real estate sector, legal procedures for real estate investment and trading in Bac Giang province and other real estate investment business activities in accordance with law.

In addition, the Center will collaborate to organize training activities and examinations to issue real estate broker’s practicing certificate, hold conferences, seminars and social activities.

The Center’s head quarter is located at No 27, Nguyen Khuyen 1 street, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province with Nguyen Van Thanh as Director.

Bac Giang business gives highest Tet bonus of nearly 10,000 USD per person

(BGO) – The highest bonus for 2022 Lunar New Year of 228 million VND (nearly 10,000 USD) is given by Fugiang Company Limited (Hon Hai Precision Industry Co Ltd ) in Van Trung industrial park, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province, reported the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA).
