Bac Giang approves for Detail planning task to build 77 ha Ninh Son Logistics area

(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province has issued the Decision to approve for the Detail planning task to build Ninh Son Logistics area in Ninh Son commune, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province with 1/500 ratio.

Accordingly, the research area for planning is located in Ninh Son commune, Viet Yen district. It borders the belt road No.4 to the North, agriculture land to the South, current residential area of Phuc Ninh and Noi Ninh villages to the East and agriculture land to the West.

The research area covers about 77 ha to construct Logistics center of Bac Giang province region and North Eastern of Vietnam with modern technical infrastructure and technology.

The items for investment and construction are technical infrastructure of internal road, parking station, water supply and drainage system, power supply, telecommunication, office, service and trade builidng, Logistics service among others.

Skoda to build plant in Vietnam
