Registered capital of newly established businesses represents year on year increase

(BGO) – Amid the impacts of Covid-19 pandemic, Bac Giang province had 225 newly established businesses in the first quarter of this year, up 20.3 percent year on year, reported the provincial Department of Investment and Planning.

The registered capital of new companies hit 2,203 billion VND (97 million USD), up 83.5 percent against the same period last year.

Some big enterprises included Hung Thinh Phap Investment Group Joint Stock Company in Bac Giang city with registered capital of 200 billion VND, Nham Bien Investment and Development Joint Stock Company in Yen Dung district with registered capital of 160 billion VND…

Notably, most of the registration document for business establishment were done online at the National Business Registration Portal.

To date, the province has had nearly 13,400 companies with registered capital of nearly 115 trillion VND, majority of which enter stable production and business stage so positively contribute to the state budget and create job to labours.
