Bac Giang approves for detail planning to build Nham Bien mountain golf course urban area

(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province hass issued Decision to approve for detail planning to build Nham Bien mountain golf course urban area in Dong Son commune (Bac Giang city), Tan Lieu and Tien Phong communes (Yen Dung district) with 1/500 ratio.

The research area for planning is located in Dong Son commune (Bac Giang city), Tan Lieu and Tien Phong communes (Yen Dung district). It borders the cultivation land of Dong Son, Tan Lieu communes to the North; national road No.17 to the West, Nham Bien town (Yen Dung district) to the East and South.

The planning covers about 601.63 ha with estimated population of 13,000 people. It is a tourism service area in associated with ecological resort of signature village, mountainous landscape and golf course.

The main functions include tourism service, golf course and resort, ecotourism site of Nham Bien mountain and urban area.

The major items are prioritized for construction, including public projects of school, park, sport facilities, tree, golf, cultural house, service and commercial facilities; social house, villas; technical infrastructure of road, water and power supplies, parking facilities…
