Hoa Phu IP attracts 22 investors

(BGO) – The project of building and trading Hoa Phu industrial park’s infrastructure in Hiep Hoa district (Bac Giang province) covers about 207 ha which needed to be cleared.

Recently, the project investor has actively cooperated with local authority to well implement the site work, construct the infrastructure and accelerate the investment promotion and attraction to the industrial park.

To date, about 203.9 ha of land has been cleared. Hoa Phu industrial park has attracted 22 investors with occupation rate of 80 percent, including 15 foreign direct investment projects. Total project investment capital has now hit over 400 million USD. 12 companies in Hoa Phu industrial park enters operational stage and creates about 1,500 jobs to labours.

Currently, investor of Hoa Phu industrial park has completed document to submit to Prime Minister so as to get approval for investment policy decision to expand the project up to 85ha more before June 1, 2022 and complete the land clearance and compensation ahead October 31 this year.

After completing the site work, the investor will proceed legal procedure, invest in technical infrastructure construction and attract sub-investor from December 1, 2022.

Bac Giang attracts four more projects to industrial parks

(BGO) – Since early this year, Bac Giang province has attracted four more investment projects (three foreign direct investment (FDI) and one domestic direct investment (DDI) ones) to the local industrial parks with total registered capital of 98 million USD and 2,692 billion VND (118.5 million USD).

Bac Giang strives to speed up site clearance for industrial park construction

(BGO) - Bac Giang province has just established two industrial parks (IPs), namely Tan Hung (Lang Giang district) and Yen Lu (Yen Dung district). In order to catch the investment wave post Covid-19, the provincial People's Committee has directed relevant departments, agencies and localities to focus on site clearance, ensuring the set schedule.
