Detail construction planning of Phuc Son industrial park published

(BGO) – The People’s Committees in Phuc Son and Lam Cot communes, Tan Yen district (Bac Giang province) have cooperated with Le Delta Joint Stock Company and consultant Phuc Long Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company to announce the Detail Construction Planning of Phuc Son industrial park (ratio 1/500).

Phuc Son industrial park is located in Phuc Son and Lam Cot communes (Tan Yen district).

It will be a centralized industrial park with various sectors. Its synchronous and modern technical infrastructure aims to attract both domestic and foreign investments to the fields of food and agro-forestry processing, mechanical manufacturing, electronic component producing and supporting industry among others which have modern and advanced technology as well as friendly to the environment.

The major items for investment priority include public buildings, service and administrative buildings, factory; traffic system, water drainage and supply, power supply system…

The officials, party members and representatives of local people basically agreed with the policy to build Phuc Son industrial park.
