30 products of Bac Giang displayed at outstanding OCOP fair

(BGO) – The Farmers’ Association in Bac Giang province introduced more than 30 local typical farm produce and products under One Commune One Product (OCOP) programme at “2022 Outstanding agriculture and OCOP products Fair” held in Bac Ninh city (Bac Ninh province).

The Fair attracted 20 Farmers’ Associations across the nation. Two cooperatives and one working alliance of Bac Giang provincial Farmers’ Association attended the event, including Phi Dien Production Trading and Agriculture Service Cooperative in Luc Ngan district with products of fresh VietGAP lychee, dried lychee, dried longan, Green honey; Nam The Noodle Cooperative in Luc Ngan district with special and tradition rice noodles; Flavour of mountain Working Alliance in Huong Son commune, Lang Giang district with products of VietGAP pineapple, five color steamed glutinous rice…

During the fair, the booth of Bac Giang provincial Farmers’ Association lured hundreds of representatives and visitors who highly appreciated the local products.

The Fair is annually held to promote local products and assist consumption for farmers.

18 craft village products receive OCOP certificate

(BGO) - Bac Giang province now has 27 craft villages and traditional craft villages, reported the Division of Rural Development.

(BGO) - The One Commune One Product (OCOP) programme implemented in Bac Giang province in recent years has achieved encouraging results. However, the upgrading (earning higher stars) of OCOP products needs more attention in the near future.
