(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province has issued Decision to approve for partially adjusting the Zoning off Planning to build Yen Lu industrial park in Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province (ratio 1/2000).
Particularly, the industrial park boundary will be adjusted to reduce the Northern border to Yen Lu Primary School to ensure the expanded area for the school in the future.

The Southern border to Yen Tap Cao village will be adjusted to prevent any affect to local cultural house and residential area.
The Southern boder between Thanh Long and Yen Tap Cao villages are expanded to maintain the total approved area of the industrial park of 377 hectares.
The scale of provincial road 398 (DH5B) passing Yen Lu industrial park is expanded up to 42.5 meters from 38 meters while adding 18 meter frontage road that paralels to the 500KV electric wire.
The technical infrastructure land of 1.68 hectares and parking area of 3.19 hectares will be changed to cemetery and traffic land. Meanwhile, the cemetery land of 2.55 hectares, tree area of 0.76 hectares, internal traffic land among the industrial lots will be adjusted to industrial land.
The area for storage of 2.04 hectares will be changed to technical infrastructure and traffic lands to expand the technical infrastructure lots and frontage road for DH5B. Apart of area to grow tree in 1.43 ha is adjusted to be parking area.
The planning of technical infrastructure land in 0.42 hectares is changed to industrial and tree areas. The internal roads in the industrial park are also adjusted among others.
