(BGO) – The Department of Planning and Investment (DoPI) on August 17 held a business dialogue in Bac Giang province to grasp and timely remove the difficulties for the enterprises in conducting production and business, administrative procedure so as to improve the investment environment.
Leaders of several companies in the province voiced major obstacles in site clearance for project execution, change of land using purpose, implementation of investment project after receiving Government’s approval for land leasing and others.

Particularly, Nguyen Thi Ngoan, Director of Hoang Ninh Group Joint Stock Company in Quang Chau commune (Viet Yen district) stated that in 2016 her company executed port project in Luc Nam district and was licensed to operate inland port. In June 2021, the business licence was invalid so the company submitted document twice times to propose project adjustment. However, the enterprise has yet to receive operational license due to obstacle in land using planning. Thus, she suggested the DoPI to cooperate with relevant agencies to review and handle the issue to license the company.
DoPI Vice Director Nguyen Cuong said the provincial relevant sectors completed profile to submit provincial People’s Committee to review suitable land origin before deciding to license the inland port operation for the business. After receiving the result, the departments, sectors and agencies will focus on instructing the business to proceed the procedure to ask for license.

Meanwhile, Ngan Hong Lime Processing Cooperative in Yen The district asked for removing the activity of CO2 recovery from the project operational scope due to its inefficiency.
Regarding to this issue, representative of Department of Construction said the project adjustment is not suitable because the project of construction material development in Bac Giang province till 2030 specified that all lime production projects must have CO2 recovery system to protect the environment.
