(BGO) – Recently, Yen The district (Bac Giang
province) has basically completed site clearance and compensation for the route
project connecting national road 37 – 17 to Vo Nhai (Thai Nguyen province) (Project).
98 percent of reclamation area were listed with approved compensation and
support programme.
The Project was started in late December 2021, passing three districts of Viet Yen, Tan Yen and Yen The with total investment of over 1,452 billion VND (61.5 million USD), in which the section on Yen The district stretches over 26 kilometers.

Implementing the Project, the district People’s Committee issued decision of land reclamation and approved for 36 period programme with total area of 65.48 hectares and total compensation value of 82.16 billion VND for 576 cases (including paid amount of 78.35 billion VND).
So far, the locality has handed over 25.3 kilometers of road to the construction party and strive to give the remaining area in soonest time.
Regarding the supplemented area of 6.3 hectares suggested by the provincial Management Board for Traffic and Agriculture Project in July 2022, the district People’s Committee directed consultants to prepare document and compensation scheme so as to complete the site work before December 30, 2022.

Bac Giang timely removes obstacles, accelerates progress of key projects(BGO) – Implementing key task in August of the
Standing Committee of the Bac Giang provincial People’s Council (PPC), Permanent
Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee also PPC Chairwoman Le Thi Thu
Hong on August 23 paid a field trip to inspect the execution progress and result
of some key projects in the province in 2022.
Bac Giang removes obstacles, puts social housing projects in use(BGO)
– The industry has strongly developed in the northern province of Bac Giang for
recent years leading to sharp increase of housing demand for labours. To handle
this issue, the province has approved and implemented many social housing
projects for workers (SHP) to raise the local investment attraction. The
implementation proved initial positive results together with some obstacles.
Bac Giang industrial park lures 232 projects(BGO) – Bac
Giang province now establishes 45 industrial clusters in total area of 1,728
hectares, 29 of which were invested by businesses, 16 were invested by district
People’s Committee.
Bac Giang approves for 26 IP projects to increase capital(BGO) – Since early August, the Industrial Park Management
Board (IPMB) in Bac Giang province has granted certificate of capital
adjustment to five projects with total added capital of nearly 11.5 million
USD, confirmed the IPMB.
