Bac Giang establishes Tan Soi industrial cluster in Yen The

(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province has issued Decision to establish Tan Soi industrial cluster in Yen The district.

Accordingly, Tan Soi industrial cluster covers 20 hectares in Tan Soi commune. It borders current residential area in Tan An village and provincial road No.294 to the North, Phuc Hoa canal to the South, the field of Tan An village to the East, the current residential area in villages of the commune to the West.

The industrial cluster expects to attract various fields of garment, electronic, mechanic, supporting industry, agro and forestry processing among others. It will be invested over 241 billion VND (over 10 million USD).

Bac Giang LGG Garment Corporation Joint Stock Company acts as investor to construct the technical infrastructure who schedules to proceed legal formalities; make detail planning, construction drawing; assess environment impact and change rice growing land from quarter 4 of 2022 till quarter 2 of 2023; compensate for land clearance then start construction of the technical infrastructure, centralized waste water treatment station and attract sub-investors from quarter 2 of 2023 till quarter 4 of 2023; complete technical infrastructure and occupy at least 60 percent of the project.

The investor is responsible for making the execution plan, managing and investing to build the technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster in line with approved progress and current legal regulation.

Over 96 percent of workers at industrial parks get second booster shot of Covid-19 vaccine
