Industrial lime manufacturing factory put into operation in Bac Giang

(BGO) – Ngan Hong Lime Manufacturing Cooperative in Yen The district (Bac Giang province) has operated industrial lime manufacturing factory which is sufficiently equipped with first ever automatic and modern line in the province.

The environmental impact assess report of “Industrial lime manufacturing and CO2 recovery factory” Project invested by Ngan Hong Lime Manufacturing Cooperative was approved by the Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee at Decision No.269/QD-UBND on July 20, 2020.

The Cooperative Director Nguyen Thi Mai Hong said the Cooperative stopped producing lime manually in 2020 and invested over 40 billion VND (1.6 million USD) to build modern factory in Dong Son commune (Yen The district which used parallel vertical regenerative kiln with high technology.

It is one of the latest technologies in industrial lime production. All stages are automatic. The operator works on computer with camera supervision.

Head of the district Division of Environment and Natural Resource Duong Doan Thanh said the factory is under trial operation. The production procedure must follow technical specification in the approved environmental impact assess report.

Now, the factory is capable to produce 300 tonnes of products per day and night. As schedule, the Cooperative can earn revenue of 80 billion VND per year and create job to 50 workers with average income of 7.5 to over 20 million VND per person per month.
