Crystal Martin Vietnam honored as outstanding business for labour

(BGO) – The Vietnam General Confederation of Labour has cooperated with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to honor 62 “Outstanding business for the labour in 2022” in Hanoi, including Crystal Martin Vietnam Company Limited in Quang Chau industrial park, Viet Yen district (Bac Giang province).

Crystal Martin Vietnam Company Limited is 100 percent Hong Kong (China) invested company. It started operation in 2012 with 700 labour at initial stage. Now, the business creates job to about 9,000 workers.

During 2017 – 2021 period, the average revenue hit over 1.5 trillion VND (60.4 million USD). Particularly in 2021, amid severe impact of Covid-19 pandemic, the company took great effort to overcome the challenge and earn over 1.8 trillion VND.

During operation, the enterprise always fully follows legal policy; ensure the job, income and improve the spiritual and material life for the labour. Currently, the average income of worker is 9.6 million VND per person per month.

Besides, the company actively joins hands in local social welfare activities by contributing over 3.1 billion VND to Covid-19 prevention and control in Bac Giang province, supporting disadvantaged workers and members of the trade union. Sine early this year, the business has donated 300 million VND to the Fund for the poor in Bac Giang province, hand over scholarship to children of impoverished worker.
