Bac Giang approves for local adjustment of Zoning Planning to build expanded Quang Chau Industrial Park

(BGO) – The People’s  Committee in Bac Giang province has issued Decision to approve for the local adjustment of Zoning Planning to build expanded Quang Chau industrial park (IP) in Viet Yen district (ratio 1/2000).

Particularly, the road between two industrial lots marked CN1 and CN2 is adjusted to industrial land. Two above lots will be merged together with newly adjusted road into new CN1 lot with total area of 49.63 hectares. Apart of industrial land marked CN1 on 0.11 hectares will be adjusted to service administrative land.

The planning of partial industrial land marked CN1 on 0.02 hectares will be changed into parking lot marked BX7. The elevation of service administrative land will be lifted up to 5 – 9 floors from 1 – 6 floors. The parking construction density will be adjusted up to 70 percent from 10 percent (marked BX1, BX2, BX3, BX4, BX5 and BX6).

Regarding the technical infrastructure planning, the orientation of line, piping and technical infrastructure system will be adjusted in line with local adjustment for landscape space, land use and traffic.

Other contents of the project remain unchanged per provincial People’s Committee Decision No.707 on July 16, 2021 and Decision No.416 on May 4, 2022.

(BGO) – Bac Giang province now establishes 45 industrial clusters in total area of 1,728 hectares, 29 of which were invested by businesses, 16 were invested by district People’s Committee.
