(BGO) – The Vice Chairman of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Phan The Tuan has recently worked with the People’s Committee in Hiep Hoa district about the project execution progress to invest and build the infrastructure of Hoa Phu industrial park and first phase of expanded Hoa Phu industrial park.
The infrastructure development project of Hoa Phu industrial park has been invested by Hoa Phu Invest Company Limited. It covers 207.45 hectares relating to more than 3,600 households in three communes of Mai Dinh, Chau Minh and Huong Lam.

So far, Hiep Hoa district has cleared about 203.8 hectares. The industrial park has attracted 25 investment projects with total registered capital of over 640 million USD.
Meanwhile, the first phase of expanded Hoa Phu industrial park covers 85 hectares in Mai Dinh and Huong Lam communes, 46.2 hectares of which were cleared (accounting for 54.5 percent of total area) with nearly 125 billion VND (5.3 million USD).

Concluding the meeting, PPC Vice Chairman pressed that the establishment of Hoa Phu industrial park plays a key role to boost up provincial socio-economic growth. He urged the district People’s Committee to focus on definitely handling the difficulties and obstacles to accelerate the site work as regulation while weekly inspecting the progress to suitably remove arising issue.
The land clearance must be done within March 2023 for the infrastructure development project of Hoa Phu industrial park and August 2023 for the first phase of expanded Hoa Phu industrial park.

When receiving clean land, the investors should promptly complete the document, construct the infrastructure immediately to attract investors. Local authority needs to select qualified investors to execute projects with high contribution to the budget and local socio-economic development.
