Bac Giang approves detail planning to build Hoa Phu industrial park

BAC GIANG – The Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) has issued Decision to approve for the detail Planning to build Hoa Phu industrial park (current and first phase of expansion area) with 1/500 ratio.

Accordingly, the detail planning is done in compliance with the Expanded Zoning Planning for Hoa Phu industrial park in Hiep Hoa district (1/2000 ratio) which was approved by the PPC in Decision No.710/QD-UBND on July 16, 2021.

The area belongs to the administrative boundaries of Mai Dinh, Huong Lam and Chau Minh communes in Hiep Hoa district. It borders the expected inter-regional road in the master plan and residential area in Huong Lam to the North; dyke road of Cau river to the South; provincial road 295 to the East; the expected inter-regional road in the master plan and residential area in Mai Dinh commune.

The research scale is up to 302.99 hectares. 292.45 hectares is used to make detail planning, including 207.45 hectares of existing Hoa Phu industrial park, 85 hectares of first phase of extended Hoa Phu industrial park, 10.54 hectares of land outside the industrial park.

Hoa Phu Industrial Park gathers diverse sectors with high technology. The manufacturing fields that attract investment include processing and manufacturing industries such as food, agricultural product, aquatic product as well as animal food processing.

The prioritized items for construction and investment area administrative area, factories, waste water treatment facilities, water and power supply system and technical infrastructure among others.

Bac Giang approves for planning of 5 industrial parks on over 1,100 hectares

(BGO) – The People’s Council in Bac Giang province has approved for resolution about the planning of 5 industrial parks (IP) covering over 1,100 hectares. The province now has 8 IP with investment policy approved by the Prime Minister on total natural land of nearly 2,000 hectares.
