Boosting media campaign for Bac Giang Culture-Tourism Week 2020

(BGO)- The Organizing Board of the Bac Giang Culture-Tourism Week 2020 has launched the media plan for the Bac Giang Culture-Tourism Week 2020 themed “the Sacred land Tay Yen Tu” in order to boost advertising the event on the mass media contributing to raising people’s awareness of the signature tourism products of Bac Giang province. 

Besides, it is aimed to promote the special and attractive cultural values and tourism potentials of Bac Giang province on the local and central press publication to attract tourists especially the cultural space of Truc Lam Buddhism in Tay Yen Tu area, the ceremony to receive the special national relic site ranking certificate at Xuong Giang Victory Relic Site, Xuong Giang Citadel and Spring Festivals 2020 at the localities.

Thereby, it is expected to attract resources, create culture-tourism linkage in Tay Yen Tu area and gradually affirm the status of Bac Giang tourism as an attractive, safe, civilized, friendly and hospitable destination.

In addition, it is necessary to focus on promoting the activities of Vinh Nghiem pagoda and Bo Da pagoda woodblocks exhibition, spring press festival in the Year of the Rat 2020, the photo contest “Bac Giang- my hometown”, calligraphy performance, exhibition of the cultural space of Truc Lam Buddhism in Tay Yen Tu area, mountain climbing competition “Conquering Non Vua Peak”, Tan Son festival, forest opening ritual and Vietnamese Poetry Day.

The Department of Information and Communication and Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism were assigned to timely and properly provide information to the press agencies on the events included in the Bac Giang Culture-Tourism Week 2020.

The PR campaign must be proactive, consecutive, practical and effective to promote the strength and positive response of the community and social organizations.
