Bac Giang, land of culture and development

(BGO) - The heart of Bac Giang province is 50 kilometre from Hanoi capital across the National Highway No 1 to the north. The province is located in the Northeast of Vietnam, which is a connecting zone between the northern mountainous area and the Red River delta with diversified topography including hills, mountains, valleys and plains.

Endowed with favorable climate, stable geology and rich soil, this land is a home for Kinh Bac culture development, essence of Vietnamese culture.

Lychee is a key farm produce of Bac Giang province.

The province is home to 6 industrial zones covering a total area of nearly 1,500 hectares with integrated technical infrastructure and 40 industrial clusters with total area of 1,300 hectares over 10 districts and city. These are ideal destinations for domestic investors and 400 foreign investors.

In coming time, the province will plan 9 new industrial-urban and service complexes on planned area of nearly 3,500 hectares to drive socio-economic development of the province.

Bac Giang Culture and Tourism Week 2020 features many cultural activities
(BGO) – The Bac Giang Culture and Tourism Week 2020 will be held from January 29 – February 12, 2020 (lunar January 5 – 19, the Year of the Rat) with diverse cultural activities themed “Bac Giang – Sacred Land Tay Yen Tu”. 
 
Bac Giang honors 22 typical agriculture products and awards farmers’ technical innovation contest.
(BGO) – The Farmers’ Association in Bac Giang province on October 30 joined hand with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Industry and Trade to hold a ceremony to honor the second typical agriculture products in Bac Giang province and award the 8th Farmers’Technical Innovation Contest in 2019. 
 
Yen The promotes investment in agriculture-tourism development and consumption of hill chickens
(BGO) - On October 26, the People's Committee of Yen The district held a conference to promote investment in agriculture and tourism development and consumption of Yen The hill chickens in 2019. Attending the event were Nguyen Xuan Cuong, member of the Central Party Committee, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development; and Bui Van Hai, member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the provincial People's Council.
 
Bac Giang boosts farm produce trademark development towards clean agriculture
(BGO)- The northern province of Bac Giang is endowed with rich land, favourable terrain and climate to develop high-tech agriculture with many kinds of valuable farm produce. As defining it a strength of the local, Bac Giang province has provided a number of policies and schemes to support farmers and accelerate investment attraction in agriculture especially commodity products for export.
 
Tay Yen Tu Culture – Tourism Week 2020 scheduled on lunar January 5 – 19
(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province has issued the Plan to organize Tay Yen Tu Culture – Tourism Week 2020 (Culture – Tourism Week) themed “Bac Giang – the sacred land Tay Yen Tu” as a provincial level.
