Vietnamese beauty queen graces cover of Dubai fashion magazine

H'Hen Nie, a Top 5 Miss Universe 2018 contestant, became the first Vietnamese beauty queen to grace the cover of Dubai’s Victor Magazine

She graces the cover of the October edition, wearing outfits and accessories by two Dubai-based Filipino designers, Michael Cinco and Ezra Santos, while rocking a mysterious look.

The photo shoot was done by Rozen Antonio, a go-to photographer for highly revered fashion designers.

According to H'Hen Nie, this was her first time working with a completely international crew, with the shoot taking place in September.

She met with the designers the day before the shoot to try on costumes, spending time experimenting with numerous hair and makeup styles in order to find the one that worked best.

"This will be an everlasting memory for me," she said.

She recently chatted with a magazine journalist about her path to the artistic world.

Many international public figures, including supermodel Bella Hadid, have appeared on the cover of Victor Magazine.
