Bac Giang commences to build provincial Culture and Exhibition Center

(BGO) – The Bac Giang provincial Management Board of Industrial and Civil Building Investment Project has commenced the construction of provincial Culture and Exhibition Center (Center) in Dinh Ke ward and Dinh Tri commune (Bac Giang city).

The Center is built on an area of 13,000 square meters with the shape of a phoenix.

The major areas include indoor exhibition, art performance, cinema, conference room, office, guest room, canteen and parking space together with utilities and outdoor facilities.

Bac Giang Culture and Exhibition Center bears the shape of a phoenix.

The construction contractor is consortium contractor of Duc Anh Joint Stock Company, E-Power Construction Technical Company Limited, Airpower Joint Stock Company, Cinema Broadcast Joint Stock Company, Bac Giang Fumigation – Termite Control Joint Stock Company.

The Center is built with total investment of nearly 550 billion VND (23.3 million USD) from the provincial budget which is scheduled to be completed in August 2024.

Previously, the engineering contest attracted 8 domestic architecture companies to select optimal option to build the Center. The design of Viet Bach Architect Joint Stock Company was selected. It bears a concept of a flying phoenix that symbolizes Bac Giang province on the development process.
