Vietnamese stars to perform at New Year Countdown 2023 in Phu Quoc

The "New Year Countdown 2023 - Journey of Happiness" event on the night of December 31, 2022, will be the highlight of the WOW Vietnam campaign started by Sun Group on the pearl island of Phu Quoc, promising to make the island city explode with the sound music, fireworks and special art performances from many famous singers and artists.

The event is a countdown programme to welcome new year 2023 which will be broadcast live on VTV1 from 10pm on December 31, 2022, to 0:00 on January 1, 2023.

The elaborate New Year Countdown 2023 stage has a grandstand scale of more than 1,500 seats. The appearance of a series of leading names in Vietnamese showbiz, such as director Viet Tu, musician Huy Tuan, Tung Duong, Van Mai Huong, Bui Lan Huong, Ngoc Mai, Hoang Ton, OPlus group, Wren Evans, Vu Thao My , Le Minh Ngoc, MC Danh Tung and MC My Lan, promises to bring sublime moments to visitors during New Year's Eve.

New Year Countdown 2023 will be a colourful art party, with inspirational stories about Vietnam's impressive post-pandemic recovery year, spreading optimism and hope towards a breakthrough in 2023.

The highlight of the New Year Countdown 2023 programme at Phu Quoc Bridge will be a performance by 70 international artists on the impressive water music stage of the show Kiss The Stars, as released on December 23, 2022.

Customers who buy tickets to the Kiss The Stars show on December 31 will receive a bracelet allowing participation in a fireworks show under the framework of the New Year Countdown 2023 programme.

After the event in Phu Quoc, the WOW Vietnam campaign will continue its journey to many other lands with a series of unique tourism products.
