(BGO) – On March 19, the
Center of Culture and Cinema in Bac Giang province joined hand with the Center
of Culture, Information and Sports in
Bac Giang city to organize a training course to teach Cheo and Quan ho folk singing
in Phan Son hamlet, Dong Son commune.

Accordingly, lecturer Tran Thi Hoa in the provincial Intermediate School of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Meritorious Artist Hong Tinh in the provincial Cheo Theatre have provided several basic contents about Cheo, skill to sing Cheo and Quan ho folk songs as well as the relation making custom among the villages to nearly 50 art talents.
The course is scheduled until the end of March 28.

The provincial Center of Culture and Cinema will organize 10 more courses to teach Cheo and Quan ho folk singing in the districts and city in 2019 to realize the project of preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of people in Bac Giang province for the period of 2011 – 2020.
