(BGO) – Bac Giang now has about 28,000 ha of lychee cultivation, mostly in 5 districts of Luc Ngan, Luc Nam, Lang Giang, Tan Yen and Yen The, 15,000 ha of which are VietGAP lychee (accounting for 53 percent of the total area in the province).
Thanks to the recent due attention and support from the authority at all levels, Bac Giang lychee is introduced to more and more markets not only in the country but also high demanding foreign ones such as Japan, the US, Australia, EU, Republic of Korea.... The bumper harvest with high selling price bring great happiness to the local farmers.
