(BGO) - Thanks to the great efforts of the party, authority and local people in Son Dong district (Bac Giang province) which used to be one of 63 specially difficult districts in the country per Government’s Resolution No.30a, since 2009, the highland locality has changed dramatically.
The rate of poor households reduced to 23.8 percent per year (2020) from 44.19 percent per year (2009). The average per capita income was 6.9 million VND in 2009 and 25 million VND in 2020. The local enjoys better quality of life.
