(BGO) Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Duong Van Thai welcomed the delegation of the Embassy of Hungary to Vietnam headed by Bakos Istvan, First Counselor (Commerce and Trade) to pay a working visit to Bac Giang province on 14 November.
At the meeting, PPC Chairman Duong Van Thai briefed the guests on potentials and advantages of Bac Giang province. Accordingly, the province has favourable natural conditions and geographical position which is connected to Hanoi capital and the key economic zones.

Besides, the province has abundant young and trained labor force. Currently, tens of countries and territories are investing in Bac Giang.
Regarding agricultural sector, Bac Giang is home to many signature products. It is among the provinces with large area for fruit cultivation and livestock development.
Regarding industrial and service sectors, Bac Giang focuses on infrastructure construction and establishing many industrial parks and industrial clusters.
The local governments and authorities regularly strengthen administrative reform to facilitate production and business of both domestic and foreign enterprises while giving priorities to the key and potential sectors.

According to Counsellor Bakos Istvan, the enterprises included in the delegation to Bac Giang are experienced in automobile manufacturing, machinery components and mechanics.
After discussion, the Hungarian enterprises expected to seek for more information and pay a field visit to Hoa Phu industrial park in Hiep Hoa district to seize investment opportunities.
The provincial Chairman Duong Van Thai agreed with the issues raised by the Hungarian Embassy. He assigned the related departments and agencies to closely collaborate with the working delegation in implementation.
