(BGO) – The Chairman of
Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee has issued the decision to announce the
list of 176 online public services conducted on the provincial Public Service
Portal, featuring 131 public services at level 3 and 45 services at level 4.

To handle the administrative procedures online at level 3 and 4, the citizen should access to Bac Giang Public Service Portal at http://dichvucong.bacgiang.gov.vn and follow the instruction. All transactions of document handling and service supply are done on the internet.
Currently, the departments, sectors and localities are boosting the communication to help the enterprises and citizen understand more about the benefit of online public service so as to actively use the service.
13,700 users connect to Bac Giang public administrative portal on Zalo(BGO) – According to the Bac Giang
provincial Public Administrative Center (PAC), 13,700 civilians and
enterprises have connected and interacted to the Public Administrative Portal on
Zalo application to search for information, transaction and reflect the
proposals in handling the administrative procedure.

Bac Giang applies Zalo in administrative reform(BGO)-A signing ceremony of
cooperation agreement between the provincial Department of Information and
Communication and VNG Joint Stock Company on using Zalo application in
administrative reform of Bac Giang province was held on 25 July at the Center for Administrative Services of
Bac Giang province. This event was attended by Lai Thanh Son, Permanent Vice
Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.
