These above results were gained thanks to the provincial synchronous solutions to improve public service quality such as reducing time limit and simplifying documentation of the administrative procedures, running some supporting divisions to handle administrative procedures at the provincial Center for Public Administrative Services and applying information and technology at work.
The programmes such as Entrepreneur Café or dialogues on administrative procedures organized by the provincial People’s Committee and a number of departments, agencies and localities have been highly evaluated by citizens and enterprises.
