(BGO) – The Standing Board of the Bac Giang provincial Party Committee (PPC) on August 3 issued the urgent correspondence to enhance the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control when organizing the district Party Congress in tenure 2020 -2025.
The Correspondence specified that a new wave of Covid-19 pandemic has spread recently with complicated development at several provincies and cities. The PPC’s Standing Board requested the Party Committee in the districts, city and lower units to continue implementing the preventive measures in line with the instruction from the Center and province.

The units which have not organized the party congress in tenure 2020 – 2025 must seriously implement the instruction specified in the PPC’s Standing Board Correspondence No.2449-CV/TU on April 24, 2020 as well as instruct to well conduct the following contents:
Strictly review and supervise each representative, guest, officer and serving staff at the congress on Covid-19 prevention and control tasks as recommended by the medical sector while requesting 100 percent of the participants to make medical declaration.
Basing on their medical declaration, screen and list the cases visiting and returning from the epicenters (Da Nang city, Quang Ngai and Quang Nam provinces...) within 14 days, inform to the local medical center to inspect and take sample to test at the provincial Center of Disease Control before the Congress. If the cases test positive to the disease or detect any suspected symptoms, they must be replaced by alternative one.
Seriously implement the preventive measures at the congress such as spraying the disinfectant at the reception area and hall; appointing health worker to be on duty to check the body temperature; preparing hand sanitizers, medical face masks to deliver to the representatives; arranging the seat for representative and guest at proper distance; ordering all representatives to wear face masks (except for the Board of Chair persons).
