President leaves to attend state funeral of late Japanese PM Abe Shinzo

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation left Hanoi on September 25 to attend the state funeral of late Japanese Prime Minister Abe Shinzo in Tokyo, Japan, from September 25 to 28.

The President is accompanied by the members of the Party Central Committee: Chairman of the Presidential Office Le Khanh Hai, Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung, Chairman of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee Vu Hai Ha; along with leaders of the Party Central Committee's Commission for External Relations and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs.
