Bac Giang city and Seo district (RoK) ink friendship cooperative agreement

(BGO) – A ceremony was held on May 31 in Bac Giang city (Bac Giang province) under the chair of Dang Dinh Hoan, member of the Bac Giang provincial Party Committee, Vice Secretary of the municipal Party Committee, Chairman of the municipal Peoople’s Committee and Mayor Seo Cheolmo of Seo district, Daejeon city (Republic of Korea-RoK) to ink the friendship cooperative agreement between two localities.

The leaders of Bac Giang city and Seo district recalled the special relationship between two countries since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and RoK (December 22, 1992).

Up to now, the bilateral tie has been lifted up to comprehensive strategic partnership. Amid such context, a close relationship has been built between Bac Giang city and Seo district. Since 2017, leaders of the two localities have assigned many working delegations to visit each other for exchange, discussion and cooperation in various fields and achieved positive results.

Based on bilateral equality, Bac Giang City People's Committee and Seo District Government signed a Cooperative Agreement. Accordingly, the two localities agreed to regularly exchange and cooperate in many advantage fields on the basis of international law and the laws of each country.

Two localities will share experiences, support each other to construct smart- green urban, economy, education, culture, health, tourism and public administration while actively implementing exchange projects based on common discussion and consensus...

On the same day, the delegation of Seo district visited and worked at the Provincial General Hospital; Vietnam – Korean Vocational College of Technology; Ngo Gia Tu College and Bac Giang High School for the Gifted.
