The districts and city should require people coming from Bach Mai Hospital to extent their self- quarantine at home by 14 days. All of these cases must be tested as of April 10. Make the lists for health supervision of people coming from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Speed up purchasing medical equipment, biologicals and chemicals. Enhance testing capacity while promptly buying quick test kits from the donated fund for pandemic prevention and control.

It is essential to foster screening tests, detect and exclude people visiting the medical facilities for health check to localize and control the pandemic spread. The treatment facilities need to be well prepared to respond to pandemic developments at different levels. It is necessary to pay attention to protecting health of the medical staff and people working in the isolation areas.
