Provincial Transport and Agriculture Project Management Unit set up

(BGO) - On the morning of March 1, the provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the organizational apparatus and personnel of the provincial Transport and Agriculture Project Management Unit (PMU). Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Le Anh Duong presided over the event, which was also attended by Vice Chairmen of the committee Mai Son and Le O Pich.

At the conference, a representative of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decision of the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the provincial Transport and Agriculture Project Management Unit. It was established on the basis of the merger of the Transport Project Management Unit and the Agricultural and Rural Development Project Management Unit, becoming operational from March 1, 2021.

Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Le Anh Duong grants a decision to appoint Hoang Van Thanh as Director of the provincial Transport and Agriculture Project Management Unit.

The representative also announced the decision to appoint Hoang Van Thanh, Deputy Director of the Transport Department, as Director of the provincial Transport and Agriculture Project Management Unit within 5 years from March 1, 2021.

In addition to the director, the unit has eight deputy directors after the merger.

The conference also announced the decision to appoint Tran Xuan Dong, Director of the Transport Project Management Unit, as Deputy Director of the new PMU, for a period of 5 years from March 1.

On the same day, the provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce decisions to appoint management leaders of the Department of Construction and the provincial Industrial Zones Authority.

Consumer price rise at 8-year high
