(BGO) - On March 15, the provincial Youth Union, in collaboration with relevant agencies and units, organized a ceremony to launch the Youth Volunteer Team to support people in accessing and implementing online public services at levels 3 and 4.
Attending the event were Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Mai Son; leaders of the provincial Youth Union, the Office of the provincial People's Committee, and the provincial Department of Information and Communications.

The team will assist residents in accessing and carrying out online public services at levels 3 and 4. It includes 26 youth union members who are young cadres, civil servants and public employees in departments, agencies and units. The members will directly support the people at the provincial Public Administration Service Center from Monday to Friday every week.
Every day, the team will arrange two members to receive citizens and business representatives; introduce and popularize level-3 and -4 online public services and guide them how to conduct the services. They will help people review dossiers after getting instructions by relevant departments and agencies; create e-citizen accounts; scan and submit documents for online public services at levels 3 and 4 through the website "dichvucong.bacgiang.gov.vn". After submitting, the team members will promptly inform residents about the time and way to receive the results.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Mai Son welcomed the initiative, emphasizing that it will contribute to promoting administrative reform and improving the business and investment environment in the province. With a spirit of dedication, the members of the team should consider this an opportunity to train themselves to grow up. He suggested that they regularly study to improve their knowledge and thoroughly understand level-3 and -4 administrative procedures to guide people; and work with enthusiasm and thoughtfulness, making good impressions in the hearts of citizens and businesses.
