Timely and properly supporting people affected by Covid-19

(BGO) – The Permanent Vice Chairman of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Mai Son on July 28 inspected the implementation of Government’s Resolution No.68/NQ-CP and PM’s Decision No.23/2021/QD-TTg in two wards of Xuong Giang and Tho Xuong (Bac Giang city).

Xuong Giang ward had one recovered Covid-19 patients, 74 F1 cases (completing quarantine period), 21 returners from pandemic hit localities, 230 households with business and taxation registration and 248 free labours.

The Permanent Vice Chairman of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee Mai Son instructs at Xuong Giang ward.

While, Tho Xuong ward had 825 free labours without any labour contracts, 455 business households affected by the disease, one Covid-19 positive loger who was fully recovered and returned to hometown; 103 F1 cases under quarantine.

The residential areas are instructing free labours who are beneficial to assistance policy to declare the information then proceeding next verification steps as regulation.

Speaking at the destination, PPC Vice Chairman Mai Son acknowledged the active involvement of the municipal People’s Committee and two wards and urged them to timely implement the support policies as regulation to proper subjects.

Particularly, the local authority should stick to the contents and conditions in Government’s Resolution No.68/NQ-CP, PM’s Decision No.23/2021/QD-TTg, especially PPC’s Decision No.722/QD-UBND on July 17, 2021 about implementing the policies to assist difficult labours affected by Covid-19 pandemic. These above decisions must be based to review truly impoverished cases, agricultural households without land.

The Fatherland Front should closely supervise and popularize the support policies to the people to understand and share with the authority in recovering difficulties after severe impact of the disease.
