920 more Bac Giang citizens taken to hometown from HCMC, Binh Duong and Dong Nai

(BGO) – On late September 26, the working delegation from Bac Giang province organized to pick up second batch of 920 citizens (including 45 children aged under two) from Ho Chi Minh city, Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces to homeland

The localities with most of the returners were Luc Nam district (244 people), Yen Dung district (100 people), Lang Giang district (91 people), Tan Yen district (88 people) and Viet Yen district (84 people).

The citizens in the districts of Luc Nam, Yen Dung, Son Dong and Luc Ngan arrive at Noi Bai International Airport.

To ensure Covid-19 prevention and control, after welcoming these cases at Noi Bai International Airport, the working delegation continued assisting the districts and city to receive citizens in the list and take them to the centralized quarantine areas with sufficient facilities and medical supplies where they will be quarantined for 14 days before seven day home isolation.

During the centralized quarantine period, the citizens will be tested three times on the first, seventh and thirteenth days. All arising expenses of flight ticket and isolation period will be self paid by them.

The first citizens get on bus to centralized quarantine area in localities.

Thus, Bac Giang province had picked up nearly 1,500 people in two batches from HCMC, Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces to homeland safely, helping share the pressure of disease prevention and control to Southern localities and support Bac Giang people affected by Covid-19 pandemic to return to hometown to stabilize the life.
