Bac Giang delegation completes task to assist HCMC and Binh Duong in Covid-19 fight

(BGO) – On October 12 afternoon, the second batch of medical officials and staff in Bac Giang province supporting Covid-19 fight in Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC) and Binh Duong province well fulfilled the task after 43 days.

During the period, the members were divided into groups to conduct various tasks at the field hospitals and treatment facilities to critical cases so as to help the localities cure patients timely.

Bac Giang’s working delegation works at the Field Hospital No.10 in Thu Duc city (Ho Chi Minh city).

The voluntary delegation to HCMC had 31 members working at the Field Hospital No.10 in Thu Duc city and Cu Chi Field Hospital. Mean while, 35 doctors and nurses supported Binh Duong province and worked at Thoi Hoa Field Hospital in Ben Cat city. It is the biggest field hospital nationwide that treated about 16,000 patients at peak period.

Thanks to the active assistance from Bac Giang’s doctors and nurses, the red area is gradually narrowed to expand the green one, making the life of people in HCMC and Binh Duong province to return to new normal state.

The medical delegation supporting disease combat in HCMC returns to Bac Giang province.

Currently, all members in the delegation are safe and healthy with negative test result before returning to home land. Right after coming to Bac Giang, they were taken to centralized quarantine site at the provincial Nursing Center for National Contributors.

So far, Bac Giang province has dispatched 11 delegations to support Covid-19 fight at Southern provincies, Hanoi city and Ha Nam province with more than 1,300 medics. All delegations completed the tasks and returned home.

(BGO) – To assist labours affected by Covid-19 (in businesses with trade union), since early June, the Labour Federation in Bac Giang province has decided to mobilize the trade union fund to support the trade union members and workers who were contracted to the disease or F0 cases (2 million VND per each) and closely contacted to Covid-19 patients or F1 cases (500,000 VND per each).

(BGO) – Amid the complicated development of Covid-19 pandemic in Hanoi city, Bac Giang province on September 8 assigned a working delegation of 800 medical officials and staff at the districts and city to assist the Covid-19 fight.
 
Over 52.1 billion VND supported to install technology waste incinerator
(BGO) – Implementing Resolution No.06 on September 7, 2020 of the provincial People’s Council about the state budget’s support to invest in waste incinerator and living waste disposal in Bac Giang province in the period 2020 – 2025, this year the province plans to install 25 technology waste incinerators.
