(BGO) – The Pemanent Vice Chairman of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee Mai Son on August 14 inked urgent correspondence No.3936/UBND-KGVX urging to complete the target of Decision No.08/2022/QD-TTg on March 28 of Prime Minister about implementing housing rent support for labours (Decision 08).
The correspondence urged the provincial Industrial Park Management Board to review and expedite the companies in the industrial parks to promptly submit documents to the People’s Committee in the districts and city before August 15; monitor and update the situation to ensure them to timely pay the allowances to the labours.

The People’s Committee in the districts and city were ordered to verify the documents and approve for the list of beneficiaries before August 20 then allocate expenses to complete the payment before August 25.
So far, Bac Giang city and three districts of Viet Yen, Yen Dung and Hiep Hoa have received proposals from 687 turns of businesses to support more than 197,000 turns of labours with total amount of 103.1 billion VND (4.4 million USD).
To date, localities have allocated expenses to pay for more than 108,700 turns of labours from 323 turns of enterprises with total paid amount of nearly 55 billion VND, including 100 percent of employees from Bac Giang city and Hiep Hoa district.
Viet Yen district has the biggest number of submitted companies with more than 620 turns, 540 of which were approved. However, due to the dificulties in budget balance arrangement and many documents were submitted close to the deadline, the district only paid for 100,800 turns of labours in 274 turns of companies with total payment of nearly 51 billion VND, accounting for 51.5 percent of the approved amount.
