The province has more than 29,000 labours working overseas under contracts, mostly in Taiwan, Japan and RoK with average income of 15 – 35 million VND (616 – 1,437 USD) per month. It helps their families escape from poverty and stabilize the life. |
Via Zalo, Ngat shared: “Proper career orientation takes me to work at food processing line. Every month, I receive allowances for house renting, water and power bill together with pick up service to work. Now, excluding living cost, I can save about 25 million VND to support my family” .
For recent years, the labour export has been dramatically changed. Besides the traditional markets like Taiwan and Malaysia, the labour sector has focused on high quality ones such as Japan and RoK.
Though the number of guest workers reduced, the labour quality and qualification are raised up. It is suitable to the trend because now the employees want to work at countries with good environment and high salary so they must satisfy the strict employing requirement.

Additionally, the Department will regularly inspect and suggest authority to punish any violator in this field while encouraging labours to carefully seek information and select licensed business to avoid any financial risk.
