(BGO) – Recently, many businesses have employed more human resources, making the labour market vibrant. The high increasing demand provides labour more chances to select the job with better income and welfare.
Businesses accelerate employment
Since late March after passing the human resources crisis caused by Covid-19 pandemic, the business and operation activities of New Wing Interconnect Technology Bac Giang Company Limited in Van Trung industrial park have basically been stabilized, creating job to about 26,000 labours. The company now wants to employ 3,000 people more to prepare for the year end order.

General Manager of Bac Giang BGG Corporation Joint Stock Company Nguyen Huu Cuong said to expand the production and business, the company now demands to employ more 1,100 workers. Labours can submit curriculum vitae and join interview directly at the company. If they meet the requirement, they will be arranged immediately to the production line.
Closely forecasting the demand, supporting business in labour employment
According to the forecast of Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA), from now till this year end, the local companies demand to employ about 20,000 labours, 25 percent year on year increase, including nearly 16,000 untrained workers.
Head of Labour and Employment Division (DoLISA) Hoang Van Thang said the electronic and garment have huge recruitment demand, followed by commerce and service sector because the businesses often earn more arising orders in year end season. Others need more labours to expand operation.
After two year hiatus by Covid-19 pandemic, the labour market is now thriving again. The positive signal not only proved for the recovered and developed economy but also improved living standard and income for labours when the employers compete by better welfare policies.
To support the businesses’ employment, the DoLISA assigned competent agencies to link and organize job transaction session; review and timely know the demand of each company in the area; accelerate application of information technology in communication and get connection via Job Information Portal as well as social network applications; maintain the operation of “Ho tro viec lam Bac Giang” Zalo group…

Moreover, the mobile job transaction session is enhanced at many districts to provide online connection to adjacent provinces like Ha Giang, Lao Cai and Tuyen Quang among others to seek labours for enterprises.
One of the obstacles in connecting labour demand – supply is the limited information and forecast about labour market. Vice Director of DoLISA Tran Van Ha said the task of planning, investment attraction and business arrangement should be evenly allocated in localities so as to create equal job opportunity for labours.
With the assigned responsibility, the Department will continue cooperating with sectors and localities to accelerate the task of assignment, vocational guidance and training from secondary school as well as widespread the models that link to business in training and supplying human resources on the spot.
At the same time, the Department consults the provincial People’s Committee to establish the system to forecast and provide labour market information sufficiently and accurately basing on reviewing the businesses’ recruitment demand, hence connecting labour demand – supply suitably in term of number, age and qualification in order to optimize the labour force.
