Bac Giang teacher Doan Huyen Trang honored as “Outstanding Young Teacher” nationwide

(BGO) - Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee (HCYCC) on November 12 organised a ceremony to honour the 100 winners of the third Outstanding Young Teachers Awards at the central level in 2022 in Dong Thap Province, including  Tay ethnic teacher Doan Huyen Trang (born in 1991) of Dong Hung Primary School (Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province).

As the teacher in charge of Young Pioneer Team, Emulative soldier at grassroots level, Trang has many creative ideas to renovate the teaching method, organize activities to lure members and students.

Teacher Trang has donated her blood six times as well as joined hands with school youth union to grow mushroom as visual model for teaching students. The school’s youth association sponsors one students and supports 10 impoverished cases with good academic result.

In 2021 – 2022, teacher Trang was honored with a Certificate of Merit by the Central Young Pioneer Council for her outstanding achievements in youth and teenager movements at school.

The annual award is held by the Secretary Board of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee to honor teachers and lecturer who are less than 35 years old at national education system for their excellent achievements in teaching, scientific researching and engaging in youth and teenager movements.

Minister encourages teachers to overcome difficulties to fulfil their proud mission

Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son has encouraged teachers and educational managers to exert greater efforts to overcome the difficulties and challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic in order to fulfil their proud mission.

 

Programme honours 50 teachers with effective teaching practices

The Vietnam Youth Federation (VYF) held a programme in Hanoi on November 20 to honour 50 teachers with effective teaching practices and initiatives to help their students maintain learning in the context of natural disasters and the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

Two Bac Giang’s teachers honored with title of national outstanding teacher

(BGO) – The Ministry of Education and Training plans to organize a ceremony “Paying tribute to teacher” on November 13 – 14 in Hanoi to honor 191 national outstanding teachers in 2021 who have gained many achievements, two of whom come from Bac  Giang province.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on November 14 had a meeting with representatives of outstanding teachers and education managers on the occasion of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20), during which he affirmed that teachers are carrying out a honorable and proud mission.

 

50 teachers honoured for teaching initiatives during the pandemic

Fifty teachers who introduced initiatives in teaching methods during the pandemic will be honoured at a programme entitled “Sharing with teachers” in 2021.
