Bac Giang city, Agriculture Department top PAR index

(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province (PPC) has announced the Public Administration Reform (PAR) Index in 2022 of the departments and competent organizations under the People’s Committee in the province and districts.

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development topped the provincial department and sector with PAR index of 94.18 percent, up 3 paces year on year. It was followed by the Department of Planning and Investment with 94.04 percent and up 13 paces and Management Board of the provincial Industrial Park with 93.47 percent and up 8 paces). The Department of Natural Resources and Environment once rank bottom of this year with 72.38 percent.

Bac Giang city tops the PAR index in 2022.

In 2022, Bac Giang city claimed top position with PAR index of 91.46 percent in the district and city block from second ranking last year. Viet Yen district rank second with 90.18 percent ( down one place) and Lang Giang district came third with 89.96 percent and up 3 places. Yen The district rank bottom with 79.87 percent.

The PAR index 2022 was judged by many component indicators such as leadership, management, institution and implementation of legal regulation, administration procedure reform among others.
