Over 90,000 administrative procedures handled online

(BGO) – Since early this year, there have been 224,000 turns of visitors and over 90,000 dossiers submitted online to the Bac Giang Provincial Public Service Portal. The province was highly evaluated as one of localities with high online dossier submission in top leading group nationwide.

Particularly, 2,000 dossiers have been submitted with full online service since the beginning of this year while the remaining ones were to use the service.

The staff in Dinh Tri commune (Bac Giang city) instructs citizen to submit dossier online.

The departments and organizations with the most dossiers included the Department of Industry and Trade (over 5,800 dossiers), Department of Natural Resources and Environment (over 9,000 dossiers), Hiep Hoa district (12,400 dossiers), Luc Nam district (over 7,700 dossiers).

To increase the rate of online public service dossiers arising on the provincial Public Service Portal, recently, the organizations and localities have accelerated communication, instruction and encouraged people and business to submit dossiers online while receiving result via public post service.

Besides, they created instruction videos for the announced public service in charge then post them on the portal.

As the announcement, Bac Giang province now has 801 full online services and 842 partial online services offered on the provincial Public Service Portal.

Government targets 95% public investment disbursement in 2023
