BAC GIANG - According to the Industrial Park Management Board in Bac Giang province (IPMB), from August 15 to September 15, many enterprises in industrial parks (IP) maintained good growth and attracted thousands of workers.
From August 15 to September 15, more than 197,000 workers actually worked at the IP, up 7,000 labourers compared to the same period in August.

Since the beginning of July, several enterprises have employed large number of workers such as Luxshare - ICT Bac Giang Co., Ltd (about 5,000 workers); New Wing Interconnect Technology Bac Giang Co., Ltd (10,000 unskilled workers...)
In the past month, the provincial IPMB issued 351 new work permits, reissued 16 work permits, extended 67 work permits for foreigners working in the IP.
Also the IPMB revoked 91 work permits and refused to grant work permits to 14 turns of foreign labour.
The authority approved for 68 enterprises with 622 job positions and disapproved for 5 enterprises with 9 job positions using foreign workers.
The above results were achieved thanks to the recovery of production situation in the IP. Along with the efforts of businesses, the provincial IPMB and the Special Working Group have promptly guided and provided information to support investment, ensure safety of fire and explosion….helping businesses operate at the highest efficiency.
