All of the above blood was transferred to the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Vietnam German Hospital and Provincial General Hospital to supplement the blood bank, serving emergency work and patient treatment.
To gain this result, all chapters of Red Cross Society in the province have stepped up propaganda to raise people's awareness about the humane and noble meaning of blood donation and transfusion on mass media while promptly honoring and rewarding the typical blood donors.
In 2024, the whole province strives to propagate and mobilize about 25,000 people to register for blood donation so as to receive 22,000 units of safe blood.
