(BGO) - Taking advantage of the geographical location with many landscapes and relic sites, Bac Giang province is focusing on calling on investors to build high-quality resorts and hotels, therefore positioning the province's tourism products and creating a highlight to attract tourists, and elevate the local tourism.
The days after the Lunar New Year 2021, staff of the Center for Land Fund and Industrial Cluster Development of Viet Yen district gathered in villages in Trung Son and Huong Mai communes to pay compensation to local people and hand over clean grounds to the investor to kick off the Viet Yen golf course project.
Up to now, the locality has nearly completed the compensation and land clearance for the project. According to the design, on an area of 140 hectares, the Truong An Golf Investment Joint Stock Company (Nam Dinh province) will build a 36-hole golf course of international standard. Notably, the business will set aside nearly 30,000 square meters to build a 4-star hotel and resort villas.
According to the investor's representative, the Viet Yen golf course is located close to the Ring Road IV, making it convenient to attract visitors.
