Bac Giang to build 606 ha tourism urban area and golf course on Nham Bien mountain

(BGO) – The Nham Bien mountain range (Bac Giang province) will be zoned off as the sport and tourism service, golf course and resort, ecotourism and urban residential area with total planning area of 606 ha.

The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province has decided to approve for the Planning Task (ratio 1/2,000) at Nham Bien mountain range in Dong Son commune, Bac Giang city and Tan Lieu commune, Tien Phong commune in Yen Dung district.

Bac Giang will have tourism urban area and golf course covering 606 ha on Nham Bien mountain.

The research area for planning covers about 606 ha with estimated population of 14,000 – 16,000 people to develop model of tourism urban area, resort, sport and ecotourism, entertainment in close connection to commerce and trade.

The project aims to establish a mixed ecological tourism urban area; exploit the potentials and advantages on landscape and ecology on Nham Bien mountain; create attractive landscape space, ecological architect as the driving force to lure investment to develop tourism, tourism sport urban, ecological resort in attachment to preserve the natural condition of the mountain range...

The project will be completed within 6 months sice the planning task was approved.

Speeding up schedule of Tay Yen Tu Spiritual Ecotourism Complex Project
