Bac Giang approves for adjusted Detail Planning Task to build Viet Yen Golf Course

(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province has issued Decision to approve for the task to adjust the Detail Planning to build Viet Yen Golf Course in Huong Mai and Trung Son communes, Viet Yen district (1/500 ratio)

Accordingly, the research area to adjust the plan is located in Huong Mai and Trung Son communes, Viet Yen district.

It borders residential area in Dong Ich village in Huong Mai commune and Tan Son village in Trung Son commune to the North; People’s Committee in Trung Son commune and residential area in Dinh Son, Son Hai, Nham Cho villages in Trung Son commune to the South; residential area in Ai Quang village in Trung Son commune to the East; residential area in Nguyen, Dinh Son village in Trung Son commune to the West.

The planning area is adjusted to 141.4ha from 152.4ha including 139.9ha of Golf Course and 1.49 ha of road.

Viet Yen Golf Course is designed with 36 holes in line with international standard, tourism service and other leisure utilities.

The items for investment and construction are technical infrastructure, road, water supply and drainage, lighting system, telecommunication…; functional areas of golf course, service area, tree, water surface among others.
