Bac Giang approves for detail planning to construct Nam Duong craft village and ecotourism urban area

(BGO) - The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province has issued Decision to approve for detail planning task to build Nam Duong craft village and ecotourism urban area in Luc Ngan district (ratio 1/500). 

The research area for planning is located in Nam Duong commune, Luc Ngan district. It borders the agriculture land in Nam Son village to the North; road to Am Vai pagoda, communal People’s Committee and agriculture land in Cau Meo village to the South; agriculture land and fruit growing area to the East; the provincial road No.289 to the West.

The project covers about 62.5 ha with estimated population of 1,800 people and main functions of low building house, handicraft production area, ecotourism area, public area, tree and park to serve local demand.

Nam Duong craft village and ecotourism urban area must comply with the new style rural building plan in Nam Duong commune while considering the linkage of space and land using function between the planning area and adjacent areas.

The items for investment and construction area technical infrastructure (internal road, parking place, water supply and drainage, power supply, communication…); house; handicraft production facilities and others.

Detail Planning for Voi town eco urban area approved

(BGO) – Within the State-level visit to Singapore of President Nguyen Xuan Phuc (from February 24 - 26), Saigon Telecommunication Technology Joint Stock Company (Saigontel), Vina Capital Company and Singaporean Aurous company inked and exchanged the memorandum of understanding for investment cooperation in 500 ha industrial and 200 ha urban complex (apartments for workers, experts and social house) with estimated value of 2.5 billion USD in Bac Giang province.
